All outputs are informational only.

Subvero does not execute cancellations, billing changes, or negotiations on your behalf.

Subvero does not provide:

• Financial advice
• Legal advice
• Accounting advice
• Tax advice

Savings projections are estimates based on:

• User-provided data
• Predefined discount assumptions
• General market practices

They are not guarantees.

You must independently verify all decisions with your SaaS providers.

The Service is provided:

• "As available"
• Without warranties of any kind

We disclaim all warranties, including:

You accept this risk by using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subvero shall not be liable for:

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You are solely responsible for:

• Managing your SaaS contracts
• Monitoring renewal obligations

Subvero does not monitor or access your actual billing accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with system integrity
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

All intellectual property related to the Service remains the property of Subvero.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without permission.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

We may update pricing in the future.

You agree that Subvero is an informational tool only.

You remain solely responsible for subscription management and financial decisions.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
